The Pinnacle at Symphony Place is a 29-story high-rise located in downtown Nashville south of Broadway (an area known as SoBro). EOA partnered with design architect Pickard Chilton to complete the project. The building provides Class A office lease space, associated retail and structured parking for 988 vehicles in a landmark building that set a new standard for future development in the area. It is also home to the law firm of Bass Berry & Sims and Pinnacle Bank.
The Pinnacle includes a vegetated (green) roof on top of a six-level parking podium, providing multiple terraces accessible to building occupants with expansive views of downtown Nashville. Rainwater harvesting and the use of recycled materials were incorporated into the vegetated roof’s design. In response to the urban context and surrounding neighborhood, retail spaces are located around the building’s perimeter at street level.
